Sizing: This belt is measured from inside edge of buckle to the center hole, the 3rd hole from the tip end. order 2 inches larger than pants size for best fit. e.g.: S 30"-32" fits pants size 28"-30"; M 34"~36" fits pants size 32"-34"; L 38-40" fits pants size 36"-38"; XL 42"-44" fits pants size 40"-42"
