Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original 
    packaging.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products, except the following:

  • Wholesale, bulk, or custom orders are not eligible for return unless the item is received defective.

Defective Item Returns

If you receive a defective item:

  • You must contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Please provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect.
  • Once approved, we will issue a prepaid return label or instructions for return.
  • A full refund or replacement will be issued after inspection.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees apply to eligible returns.
